Semi-Automatic N95/KN95 Mask Production Line

I. Equipment profile:

   The semi-automatic N95/KN95 mask production line consists of three parts: slicing machine, ear band welding machine and edge sealing machine;

 1. Working process of mask sheet: manual installation of cloth -- automatic construction of the bridge of the nose -- ultrasonic embossing welding -- cutting -- automatic blanking;

 2. Working process of ear band welding: manually place the mask on the rotating platform -- automatically weld both sides of the ear band -- automatically flow out of the mask;

 3. Working process of stealing: manual folding mask - ultrasonic sealing - manual blanking;

 Through the above three procedures to complete the mask production.
